Reviews

AudioFile Magazine...
Written like a newspaper article and delivered like a radio broadcast, this is a solid, clear rendition of how ebay operates. This style is not surprising as all the information presented is culled from secondary sources. The author is not an insider and did not interview any of the principals of the company. Chris Ryan delivers the history of the company, how and why it grew, in a matter-of-fact style. The nexus of the company and its future are discussed at great length. Characteristics of users, the needs of customers, and the product selections are also considered. This is an easy listen if you like news radio. D.L.M. (c) AudioFile 2002, Portland, Maine
